Personality: Shinkai generally has a very laid-back and placid personality; she's shown to be very caring. Shinkai enjoys food and is often seen carrying power bars around. She can come across as aloof, perhaps because not much is said but is actually very endearing and affectionate towards the team and wants to help if possible. When biking, Shinkai can be very quiet and doesn't stand out much. However, when facing off with other cyclists, she becomes a serious competitor.
Personality/Basic headcanons:
1. Shinkai loves to tease her team mates, and not in a bully-esque fashion, but she enjoys seeing them blush; she really does find it endearing (and rather amusing). She'll also never take it too far. She understands when the other is getting angry/more or less not enjoying her playfulness. She'll also always apologize and ask if she's embarrassed them as to make sure they know it was all in good nature.
2. Her name is Shinkai Hayato. I say this becuase people usually point out that Hayato is a masculine name, and I like sticking with it honestly! I haven't come up with a reason why her parents would decide on it, but she likes it; and if someone mentions it, she'll AGREE happily and tell them she thinks it's a good name. But this also doesn't mean she doesn't like other names! If you want to call her Haya-chan that's fine, too. She also doesn't mind if you want to drop honorifics.
3. Shinkai. Is. Embarrassing. She is embarrassing as hell sometimes, and not on purpose. Outside of her team, she never attempts to make someone feel flustered or anything (and if she is, it's painfully obvious that's what she's trying to do), but she's unafraid of saying things that are strange; she'll compliment and praise someone without hesitation, and point out if she thinks she's done this to someone, and will almost always apologize; even if she thinks it's cute/endearing.
Physical headcanons:
1. While Shinkai is semi-outstanding in terms of height for someone like her (standing at a good 5'9), she always has possessed a noticeably thicker frame; and while her breasts are large at 40DD, her apparent child-bearing hips are wider; the same width as her shoulders. Her thighs MATCH the immaculate thickness of the rest of her.
2. And her thickness doesn't exclude her muscles. Shinkai's biceps could almost definitely be one of the largest sets anyone has seen. She's extremely endowed in strength, and it's why she opts to piggy back her team instead of the other way around.
3. Shinkai has a rather long tongue, she never really sticks her tongue out at people or anything of the sort; so likely the only people to know this are people who have seen her straight-line demon mode, or seen her attack an ice cream cone.
4. It's safe to say almost everything about Shinkai is big; lips, nose, ears, eyes, thighs, breasts, tongue-- but one thing that isn't very big are her feet and you will mostly always see her wearing plain white shoes or slip ons because of the fact none of the things she likes comes in her size.
